I stayed at Mile Crunchers Backpackers & Hostelling for a stopover during my travels. It was perfect for my needs, offering me my own room instead of just dorm lodging. The included breakfast of eggs, toast, and jam was a nice touch, even though you have to make it yourself. The location was great, allowing me to walk to a nearby pub and feel safe. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and kind, making me feel right at home. it was well-priced and offered great value for my stay.

The staff at this hostel were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially considering we arrived early. They allowed us to store our luggage until check-in. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the beach and shops. The facilities were clean and met our expectations. a great place for a super chilled stay with an amazing atmosphere.

my second stay in mossel bay was even better thanks to mile crunchers. friendly staff, comfy beds, great location. loved the spacious sitting area and the option to cook our own food. free breakfast and coffee all day was a bonus. definitely recommend dining at kaai4!

wifi was slow

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy and well-decorated place. The facilities were nice, and the hot water was refreshing. The kitchen area and the entire facility were clean and tidy. The WiFi worked well throughout the building. The staff was lovely and more than willing to help arrange activities in town. We enjoyed delicious and reasonably priced food at a nearby restaurant.

Amazing staff, great braai on Thanksgiving, welcoming atmosphere. Clean common areas, convenient location for restaurants, shops, and beaches. Traditional hostel experience. Friendly and helpful owners, staff, and long-term guests. Spacious and enjoyable living room and kitchen. Nice bedroom, reliable Wi-Fi. Great overall!

Mile Crunchers Backpackers & Hostelling really made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. the staff was incredibly warmhearted and helpful, always willing to answer any questions and assist with anything I needed. the hostel had a great communal area with a pool table, perfect for socializing. the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. the location was also ideal, with plenty to do nearby. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back again!

I had a fantastic stay at Mile Crunchers Backpackers & Hostelling! The host welcomed me warmly and made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the harbor and many amazing restaurants. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was super chilled. The free breakfast in the morning was a bonus and the bed was comfortable. Despite a few minor drawbacks like some noise at night and crowded washbasins, I still had a great experience. I highly recommend this backpacker for its value, location, and friendly staff.

Brilliant views over the bay, with spacious living areas and various alcoves to socialize or chill and catch up with your social media pages on fast free Wi-Fi. The accommodation also offers billiards and darts for entertainment. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. the staff was amazing, providing a great atmosphere for families.

My children wanted more activities specifically catered to their age group.

The rooms were quite hot in the late afternoon and evening, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. While they provided fans, it was still a struggle to cool down.
